dear Mihaela, it's only a wayside orthodox chapel. How it is used? Well, I think it is used for prayer. Some globetrotters can stay, look at it, think and pray. And with blessing of God they can wander again.
I also tell that this is new chapel, consecrated by our wladika Adam not so far ago, 4 or 5 years.
