Photo was taken in South Korea, where Orthodoxy exists even though it is not the main religion. This is a monastery, which belongs to Konstantinopol Patriarchy.
The people you see in the picture are Metropolitain Sotirius (Greek) and Siluani (Irish). They live in Korea many years.
