St. Pasius Serbian Orthodox Monaster, Safford, Arizona
Ten years ago a convent of California converts none of whom were Serbian or spoke Serbian, came home to canonical Orthodoxy under the protection of the Serbian Church and started building this beautiful monastery in the desert, killing 128 rattlesnakes in the first year. Now they say Slava za Bog.
