The Monastery of Savior and St. Jacob (Redemeer Monastery of St. Jacob) itself's really nice.
As to the picture, it seems to me that first of all the attention is paid to the boat then to the monastery. Perhaps, it's better to bring the monastery nearer and to make it a little bit sharper.
