It was indeed a beautiful end of after-noon of an icy january month in Moscow. It's the only time I went to this monastery, there was a lot of people on the other side of the church at this moment, it was special days of othodox russian christmas. The churche is originally of 17th century, but other parts of monastery were built in next centuries until begining of 20th century for the bell tower (that is hidden on this photo).
