Generally, when you compress the picture by means of Adope Photoshop Program do it, please, in a Mode "Lab Color", Channels "Lightness". You have to compress the file step-by-step. For example, every step may be equal to 250-300 pixels. After the step of compression use the Filter Sharpen: Filter - Sharpen - Unsharp Mask - Amount (100%) - Radius (0,2) - Threshold (3).
If it's necessary you may use the Filter "Sharpen Edge" and you may recorrect the contrast at the very end of the whole procedure.

it was much better in normal size-my program to change it isn't very professional so the picture is a bit unclear :-)thanks for you opinion

Generally it's a very good picture. The point of shooting's really unusual and alluring.
At the same time it seems to me, it would be better to enhance a little bit the contrast.
