We are pleased to announce that Larisa Belova (ksenia.belova) from Russia is our first winner in Adobe Prize competition for January 2011. She won the most votes with this marvelous photo http://www.orthphoto.net/photo.php?id=61165.

We asked her to tell something about herself and about the photo-winner. Here what she said: “I am a nun in a Convent of the Entry of the Most Holy Virgin into the Temple near Oyat River, St.Petersburg Eparchy. I started photographing 5 years ago, until that time I had not ever gone in for photographing. Mostly I am photographing our convent. My photo-winner was taken in the convent in Epiphany. I am an OrthPhoto user since 2010 and I like the web site a lot. I think that the new design made him better. I wish the Editorial Team successes in project developing.”
