Dear Orthphoto users,
we are trying to organize this year the 4th exhibition focused on a theme which has been long awaited: the Colours of Orthodoxy. Romania. Thanx to partnerships with several institutions, we benefit from material support for the logistics. Each user will submit up to 5 photos. We are going to select the most interesting 200 photos for printing.
PLEASE NOTE that, in order to be able to organize this exhibition, the time limit for submitting the photos is 4 December. Please consider this important detail.
We really need your support. As you well know, Orthphoto project is 100% supported by volunteers and it is a very hard task to organize such events, that is why we rely on your support to organize this exhibition in your town or to help in any other way (promotion, fund raising, etc.). For any additional information, feel free to contact us.
If you would like to share your best photos, please send them to this address: orthphoto.romania@gmail.com. The title of the photo should be the same with the orthphoto ID number.
For instance:
For this photo link: http://www.orthphoto.net/photo.php?id=1135, the ID is 1135 (ID=1135) – the quality and size of the photo should be at least 300 dpi, 20x30 cm; the email should also contain information that will be presented at the exhibition next to the number of the photo (orthphoto ID).
Please submit:

name of the author
orthphoto login (username)
country of origin
title of photo
At the end of the email, please specify the copyright you whish to apply to your photo:
1. The photo will be used only for the purposes of this exhibition;
2. The user and orthphoto are copyright holders (which means that the orthphoto editorial team will be in the position to allow the use of the photo by the organizations requesting to use it, with the acceptance of the editorial team);
3. Anyone can use the photo (on the sole condition to inform the user how the photo is to used);
4. Anyone can use the photo (without providing any information);
5. Anyone can use or edit the photo.
If you chose no. 1, permission to use you photo only for the exibition, please tell us if you agree for the photo to be used also for the album that we hope to print after the exhibition and for a calendar (please consult the example below).
