Dear orthphoto users,
Our first exhibition was a big success and we still exhibit this photos around the world.
This year we are trying to organize our first thematic exhibition and as the first subject for the exhibition we have chosen Orthodox Monasticism.
We have already funds to print photos for two exhibitions which will travel all over the world. This time we want to select 200 most interesting photos to be printed. Moreover, all received photos will be added to a slideshow presentation to be used during the exhibition.
So we want to invite you to choose your 5 photos (published on orthphoto) and send them to us by email. Photo should represent Orthodox monasticism, so it could be architecture, people or just reportage photo. We want to present well-known monasteries as well as small communities and we hope you can help us do it in the best possible way.

If you want to help in organizing this exhibition in your city or just help in any other way (organization, promotion, fundraising) you are more than welcome - just write to us.

If you want to share your best photos you need to:
- send them to this address: orthphoto@gmail.com
- photo title should be the same as the id number from orthphoto
For example:

- photo quality and size should be at least 300dpi, 20x30 cm
- the deadline is 1st of October 2010


In the email body you need to write some information which is going to be presented on the exhibition so beside the photo number (id from orthphoto) please give:

author name
orthphoto login
author of the photo
country
country where the photo was taken
title of the photo


At the end of the email please specify copyright which you want to apply for your photo:
1. I allow the photo to be used solely for the purpose of this exhibition
2. user and orthphoto hold copyright (which means orthphoto editorial team will be able to allow to use the photo by organizations which could ask for them which will be accepted by the editorial team)
3. anyone can use the photo (just need to inform user about how photo was used)
4. anyone can use the photo (without information)
5. anyone can use or edit the photo

If you chose option number 1 and allow use your photo only for exhibition please let us know if you agree to use this photo also for album which we hope to print after the exhibition and a calendar (see example below).
