10 April marks 2 years from the moment when our site appeared on the Web.
Since the foundation almost 800 authors have registered on the website and uploaded over 4700 photographs (of which 3000 were added last year). Every day users publish 10-20 new pictures; each one is viewed 450-500 times.
OrthPhoto has accumulated 92000 comments and marks posted under the photographs. We are visited by an average of 440 people daily, whereas during the 2 years of our existence we have registered 143000 visits from more than 80 countries.

We are especially delighted about the diversity of Orthodoxy presented at OrthPhoto. Photographs published here come from over 40 countries. Sources span from England to China, from South Korea to Kenya.
Most pictures originate from countries in which users play an active role in promoting the site.
We invite you to promote OrthPhoto wherever you are. Use the OrthPhoto banner on your website, print the poster and display it in your parish or just tell a friend about us!

We are committed to making OrthPhoto a truly international forum on Orthodoxy and photography. So far we have launched 6 language versions and we are planning to continually increase this number (Romanian and Greek are to appear soon). We also intend to start cooperation with Orthodox portals and news services that are so often in need of quality illustrations.
