You're quite right: 100 Kb is the lowest size of the picture which is used only on this site! It's simply a disgrace! And the administrative team can't do anything!

Rucar-Bran, cred ca una dintre cele mai frumoase zone si pitoresti. Cu adevarat plai mioritic. Si biserica alba iese frumos in evidenta! Super!

Serghei, would be better a sharp foreground, but the size of 100k is too small to put sharp pictures...
Better is a 800x600 and 150k limit...
