As to me, I try to understand mirakulos' voting criteria too. But in any case it's absolutely impossible to understand.
...What does it mean: [1]? It means that the picture's simply awful.
Very often it seems to me that our friend mirakulos puts his marks for no particular reason. There's no any other explanation.
If such situation's on the site - it's bad!
