I am not familiar if this book is translated to Russian language in your country. I have it in Serbian. If you are interested and are able to read Serbian, I can easily send it to you via e-mail. I could also try finding it on the net for you (in English or Russian), but, please, give me a few days. :)

Wine that is usually spilt on the grave can also be poured on the boiled wheat (koljivo) prepared for the souls of the departed ones. This symbolises the innocently shed Saviour's blood for all people and for the departed one. However, this traditional custom should not be mixed with the Holy Sacrament of Eucharist.
In the context of what is useful for the soul - wine can also be a personal offering for the Holy Liturgy. Everything we offer to Church especially for the purpose of serving Holy Liturgy (wine, oil, prosphora bread, beewax candles) helps appeace the soul of the departed one.
Serving 40 Holy Liturgies daily (beginning from the day of death) is undoubtedly the greatest possible offering for the departed one...

Please read "After death" by Archimandrite Vasilios Bakoianis

It is typically Serbian custom to pour wine on the grave of the departed. Not sacramental, as Lazar has already mentioned, but traditional.

Wine is the symbol of the blood our crucified Lord Jesus Christ shed on Golgotha for us men and for our salvation.
Pouring wine on bread or grave means we are cleansed from our sins by His blood.

Serbians have custom so call "Parastos" and it is pray for our deceased person. ( it is Grece word, menaning is «suport someone» but In my mind "requiem" is good word in English)
We made Parastos in 3,9, and 40 days after day of death and in half year and one year .
In that service priest spill red wine to the grave. Some teologist think that this act have not sacramental caracter and that it is just traditional custom. But in some others book I find that following Serbian orthodox traditon for "Parastos" and all another sevices for deceased we have to prepar grain , wine and candle. Grain is simbol of resurection. «Like grain die in the ground to be born again as new stalk that way our body is die to resurect.» Simbolic of the wine and candels are I think same in all orthodox traditons . We are using wine in the acts of sanctify of «Badnjak» (Chrismas tre - it is oak in Serbia) in sanctify off brad for «Slava” ( Serbian family feast) and in sanctify of grain for «Parastos». I hope that this is usable and I hope Tanjica (Perovict) will give some better explaination. I will try to find in some books too. :o))
