In my opinion this..."painting" shouldn't shows on the our orthodox churches. Orthodox icon has spirit, is making by the orthodox canons since first Christians and this painting is a going with the spirit of the times. Orthodox Church NOT see on the changing fashion. I think that we should showing a true Orthodox Church.

Yes, it's a pietist representation of God. It's much the same thing with heresy, and the heresy (theological fallacy) appear now in art more then any time! And, in conclusion, it's unorthodox representation of GOD!

As I know, this kind of picture isn't an icon, it is only religious painting. Yes, it is in the catholic style. I don't agree it like icon, but as painting, I vote it 10.

Many times I saw this picture in many orthodox churches. Can someone tell me if it is really an orthodox picture or if it was accepted by arabian orthodoxes from the roman catholic church in the early 1900's??
