As far as I know, we have got a little bit another proverb: "A Hen's not a Bird, Bulgaria's not a Abroad".
But this proverb's not actual now, because Russian nationals need entry visa to go on a tour of Bulgaria. Opposite statement's just too.

I'm not a professional in the sphere of photography, I'm only an amateur. And I know that I'm not yet an experienced amateur. It's necessary to study a lot.
I write in English because it's an international language, everybody in the world can understand English. There’s no any other reason. As to Russian, I suppose that not all the members of the Club of this photographic site will understand the whole meaning of the commentary written in this language.

Я пишу по-английски, так как это международный язык, и каждый человек в мире может понять английский. Другой причины нет никакой. Что же касается русского языка, то полагаю, что не все члены Клуба этого фотографического сайта смогут понять весь смысл комментария, написанного на этом языке.
