I didn't said that You used any effects, but photo is moved and this gave this effect. Sorry, but all of these elements (motion, light, colours) consist of final photo. For me that it's terrible because that is my impression for this photo. It's my opinion

@Ioann: I used no effect. I shoot it with the candlelight and I've changed nothing. But with this site's viewer it looks a bit "terrible". I think it's better if you see it with Windows photo and fax viewer, not enlarged like it's enlarged here.
