У делу коментара који је мени био занимљив каже се да је 1345. године посед који је припадао овом манастиру коро сасвим уништен, инвазијом Срба. Једино захваљујући Јелени, жени српског краља Стефана Душана, то се није сасвим десило.
Па се онда Илиана додаје код линкова да се у овом храму наш краљ само прогласио за императора. Српско окупација је овде трјала до 1371.
Може ли неко да ми каже нешто више о томе, на Српском ? :)

It is interesting to mention that Kral Stephanos Dusan was self-proclaimed as Emperor at the Cathedral of Serres in 1345. The Serbian occuption lasted until 1371. The byzantine tower of the city was built during this period.
