Ille, don't get me wrong concerning these historical periods and their infiltrations upon our orthodox life...I am kind of retentionist when it comes to our traditional values, that's why I have been so "protective" with orthodox canonical paintings and other things...and about the mark..what can I say..I haven't voted it this way because baroque influences can be seen in the architecture of the church...I am usually voting this kind of photos[representing churches or monastic complexes] with 7, because I am reserving bigger marks for photos that are having deeper orthodox meanings[such as aspects from the Holy Liturgy or an old monk having his prayer, etc..]...oh, and there would be one more particular aspect I would like to mention:the Renaissance& the Baroque period[and maybe the medieval one]are my favourite epochs from the entire history, from all points of view..but I like perceiving them in an individual way, without being imbeded with other periods...:)

Radu, I hope you won't get offended, but I just wanna ask you something: is this mark (7 for spirit) given to the Baroque infiltrations into the Orthodox Church, in general, or it's just a mark for this photo? :)
