It seams that Canon realy have very low level of noice with big ISO, I have lot of problems with my Pentax with digital noice in conditions of low light :(

perovict: No, I don't use tripod during report. I use ISO 1600, Priority of exposure 1/100, no flash. And then in Photoshop I allways use software NeatImage for noise deletion - on second layer, and I make this second layer transparent on 50%. Canon EOS 5D is great camera! :)))
