Northern California priests and clergy gather under His Grace Bishop Theodosias of Seattle to celebrate the Divine Liturgy during the annual Memorial Day Pilgrimage at Ft. Ross State Historic Park in California, USA.
The Orthodox faithful joined the Western American Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia (ROCOR) to gather at Ft. Ross to honor and celebrate the first Russian Orthodox church in the continental U.S and remember the labors and presence of those who built it and worshiped there. At least five saints have prayed and worshipped there, including St Innocent of Alaska, St. Peter the Aleut, St. Tikon of Moscow St. Sebastian of Jackson and St. John the Wonderworker of San Francisco.
