Hi Vjunsoh! Is not that, if you go in PS-Edit-Transform-(Select all)- Skew, you can drag image and adjust it to be all straight. some friends from site told me this too. just try.

Thank you for attention and marks! I see you suppose it's not so technical. So,please note, that the bell tower can be straight, but in that case the main church will be 'falling'. That's why it seems no adjustments and transformations can compensate the 'fall'..
