ზოგადი ინფორმაცია:
ორგანიზაცია ორიენტირებული სოციალურ-კულტურული დაკავშირებული საქმიანობის გააქტიურების მართლმადიდებლური უმცირესობის თანამეგობრობას. იგი ახორციელებს მისი მიზნები ძირითადად იმისა, რომ შექმნა საიტებზე: Cerkiew.pl და Orthphoto.net.

Cerkiew.pl - ეს არის ყველაზე პოპულარული ონლაინ მომსახურება მიმართული მართლმადიდებელი ხალხი პოლონეთში. საშუალო ჟურნალები 3500-4000 ვიზიტების დღეში. იგი წარმოადგენს არსებული ინფორმაცია, რომელიც დაკავშირებულია მართლმადიდებელი ეკლესია პოლონეთსა და მის ფარგლებს გარეთ. უფრო მეტიც ნახვა წერს, ტრადიციები, კულტურა და მართლმადიდებელი თეოლოგია. იგი ასევე მოიცავს სექციები ბავშვებისა და ახალგაზრდების, ექსპერტები მუსიკა და ხელოვნების მართლმადიდებელი ეკლესია. არის პლატფორმა ყველაზე მნიშვნელოვანი მოვლენების ცხოვრებაში ეკლესია - იყო ძირითადი საშუალო დაკავშირებული ვიზიტის შესახებ ინფორმაცია პატრიარქი კირილი მოსკოვში პოლონეთში. OrthPhoto.net - არის საერთაშორისო ნახვა იკრიბებიან ფოტოგრაფებს დაინტერესებული მართლმადიდებლობა, რომელიც გვიჩვენებს, ნივთები, სცენები, ისტორიული ეკლესიები, მონასტრები, დღესასწაულები, ტრადიციები და წესჩვეულებები, ისევე, როგორც ადამიანი და ლანდშაფტების მთელ მსოფლიოში. ეს არ არის მხოლოდ ადგილია წარმოადგენენ ფოტოგრაფია, არამედ პლატფორმა კავშირი და დისკუსია. ვებ გვერდზე დაახლოებით 60,000 სურათები 70 ქვეყანაში. გამოიცემა 10 ევროპულ ენებზე, ჟურნალები 1300 სია დღეში და ის მიერ მოხალისე გუნდი.

პროექტი ჩატარდება ძირითადად ქალაქ Bialystok, მაგრამ იმის გამო, რომ იმდენად, რამდენადაც ჩატარებული ინიციატივები და პროექტები, შესასრულებელი სამუშაოს დაფარავს მთელ პოლონეთში, ისე მის ფარგლებს გარეთ.

Candidates for volunteers should have two different profiles qualifications:

Featuring volunteer artistic skills, related to: graphics, photography, multimedia and production, creating projects (cultural, artistic), with possibility to gather portfolio and references;
Featuring volunteer managers skills, associated with: management, organization, conduction, networking, freedom of communication, establishing and maintaining contacts, trading skills, related to the acquisition of partners and funds necessary for the operation of the Association;
*Featuring volunteer journalistic skills, relating to: creating messages, news, support media, journalism workshop and the functioning of the media and social communication.

Each volunteer will have a coordinator who will assign their tasks in OrthNet through the European Voluntary Service (EVS). The coordinator will create an individual development plan (including specific goals, means, plans created by the SMART planning tool). It is important to remember that the OrthNet has broad fields to choose from, starting from computer science, programming in PHP, graphic design, photography, videomaking, journalism, creating project and funding applications, ending with basic daily office work.

Volunteers will improve their personal development with various competences:

- Social skills (cooperation, responsibility, creativity, networking, broadening communication skills, negotiation, tolerance, assertiveness - culture and freedom of expression) by working in an international group - members of the Association;

- Organizational and management skills: through participation and coordination of projects, and co-initiate of future projects
(from conception, through organization, evaluation); in this stage primarily consists of the development of leadership competencies and negotiation, especially in attracting sponsors for the Association’s projects;

- Journalistic competences (language skills, construction materials, information, messages, comments) - through the work in the editorial office of Cerkiew.pl;

- Skills in photography and multimedia - coordinating OrthPhoto.net: organizing photographic exhibitions, presenting them to a wider audience of domestic and foreign – there is great possibility to learn from professionals and gather experience to create portfolio-essential part to get a job after EVS;

- Volunteers will also help in the promotion of Orthodoxy and the events that relate to Poland and abroad.


The volunteer duties will include:

Office work such as mailings, preparing and sending correspondence, sorting records, view thematic websites

Participation, coordination of projects, initiate future activities - from concept, through the development, evaluation, and termination.

Work in the editorial Cerkiew.pl - writing articles, insert news on page www.cerkiew.pl, translating existing news and articles.
Preparation of photographic exhibitions in different countries (image processing, preparing exhibitions, promotion, contact with foreign partners, opening assistance, assistance in planning the presentation schedule of exhibitions.
Assume the division of responsabilities for two volunteers, one focused on journalism and networking, one for photography and organization of events.
Volunteers will work in between hours 9-16.
Each weekend-Saturday and Sunday-will be off, volunteer will also have days off on public holidays celebrated in Poland, the Holy Catholic and Orthodox Churches.
Each of the volunteers will develop different skills so you usually will work with other volunteers from the Association.

The organization is oriented on socio-cultural activities associated with the activation of the Orthodox minority community. It implements its aims mainly though the creation of the websites: Cerkiew.pl and Orthphoto.net.

Cerkiew.pl - is the most popular online service directed to the Orthodox people in Poland. Average logs 3500-4000 visits per day. It presents current information related to the Orthodox Church in Poland and abroad. Moreover the website writes about the traditions, culture and Orthodox theology. It also includes sections for children and young people, experts in music and art of the Orthodox Church. Is a platform for the most important events from the life of the Church - was the major medium related to information about visit Patriarch Kirill of Moscow in Poland. Cerkiew.pl is edited in three languages, leads a team of 60 volunteers from across Poland.

OrthPhoto.net - is an international website gathering photographers interested in Orthodoxy, showing items, scenes, historic churches, monasteries, celebrations, traditions and customs, as well as the people and landscapes from all over the world. It is not only a place to present photography, but also a platform for feedback and discussion. The website presents approximately 60,000 images from 70 countries. It is published in 10 European languages, logs 1300 visitors per day and is created by a volunteer team.

The additional activity area are photographic exhibitions of different kinds – per thema, jubilee, author, etc. The idea of our exhibitions is to promote tolerance and awareness of other cultures in the world, and therefore all of the exhibitions are portable and easy to travel all over the world. Our shows were hosted in many Polish cities, but they were also in Romania, Greece, Russia, Bulgaria, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Serbia.


The project VolNet for OrthNet will take place mainly in the city of Bialystok, but, because of the extent conducted initiatives and projects, the scope of work will cover the entire Poland, as well as abroad.

Bialystok is the headquarters of the Association. It is a city of approximately 300 000 inhabitants, situated in the north-eastern Poland - an ecologically clean region, with relatively few urban areas. It is the capital of Podlaskie region, also serves as an administrative, economic, scientific and cultural center of the region. It has an extensive education and healthcare system. It is a family-friendly city, expanding green infrastructure communication, including cycling. Bialystok is a city connecting people of many cultures, religions and nationalities - Poles live near representatives of minority Belarusian, Ukrainian, Lithuanian, Russian, Tatar Roma and Jews. Characteristics of Białystok and Podlasie region, is multiculturalism, ethnicity but also multi-religious (dominating religion is Catholicism, but Orthodox community is strong, there are also Muslims, Protestants, representatives of the Jewish faith). Białystok and Podlasie are mix of cultures.
